Our showroom staff is trained in product information and proper application. We can assist you with design concepts and product coordination. Detail work and quantity take-offs will be between you and your designer, architect, builder or tile contractor. In addition, our showrooms display hundreds of tile design ideas -sure to inspire.
4. Do you carry a wide range of tiles in various price categories?
Yes, we are able to offer a wide selection at every price point. You should have an idea of what your budget is for the areas you are considering. If your builder is offering you an allowance for the tile, how much is it? Does the allowance include installation?
5. Who will purchase my tile?
Our products are sold through the trade i.e. tile contractors, retailers, designers, architects and builders.
6. What is the usual ETA for a product?
- Stock Items are available immediately or up to 48 hours.
- Domestic Special Order items are available from 1 to 3 weeks.
- Imported and Custom Orders Items are available from 4 to 8 weeks.
